Terms of service from PC Care Airway Infratel (P) Ltd. (PCAIPL)
PCAIPL will charge Rs. 500.00 per new connection as non refundable installation fee from every Flat/Villa/Duplex/ Bungalow owner.
PCAIPL will charge Rs. 50.00 monthly as recurring service charges from every Flat/Villa/Duplex/ Bungalow owner.
PCAIPL will provide one basic wired telephone set w/o caller ID to every Flat/Villa/Duplex/ Bungalow owner free of cost. The warranty period of the telephone set will be of one year from the date of installation against standard warranty norms (Physical damaged/stolen/damaged by any liquid & burnt will not be applicable in the warranty)
PCAIPL will provide single point connectivity in each Flat/Villa/Duplex/ Bungalow through wired Optical fibre Cable up to length of 100 meters from nearby distribution box.
If any Flat/Villa/Duplex/ Bungalow owner requires extra wiring then it will be chargeable extra as per actual.
PCAIPL will provide one fibre modem to every flat and villa owner to enable basic intercom service without any cost or security deposit but it will be returnable to PCAIPL at time of disconnection or discontinue of service due to termination/expiry of agreement, or in case of non renewal of contracted period.
Fiber Modem (ONU) always remain property of PCAIPL and Fiber Modem (ONU) will be under warranty till contracted (period from the date of installation against standard warranty norms (Physical damaged/stolen/damaged by any liquid & burnt will not be applicable in the warranty) W/o DC adaptor.
If any Flat/Villa/Duplex/ Bungalow owner or its tenant will lost their Fiber Modem from any reason (ONU) then it will be chargeable Rs. 2000.00 to restore voice intercom service.
IF Flat/Villa/Duplex/ Bungalow owner's tenant carry their Fiber Modem (ONU) with them then it will be chargeable Rs. 2000.00 to restore the voice intercom service.
PCAIPL will suggest to every flat/villa/duplex/bungalow owner and it's tenant if you are vacating your premises kindly deposit/Return their Fiber Modem (ONU) to PCAIPL Executive by calling support No. 0751-2458201,2458202,2458203 and take proper receipt to avoid charges.
