At the time of launching all the above said active services company is introducing 6 PE 6 Free inaugural Offer totally Free for the Period of 6 PE 6 Free from the date of Subscription to every residential of NG Grand Township by charging some installation charge and CPE/ONU/ONT/Modem Security (Refundable Deposit).
Services under the Free Offer:-
1. High Speed FTTx Broadband with the Speed of 100,200,300,500 Mbps and unlimited data (after 6 PE 6 Free subscriber need to switch on regular Plan).
2. To enable all the above services and Offer following terms and conditions will be applicable kindly read /understood & acknowledge carefully.
- Subscriber need to fulfil all the KYC Documents & CAF to subscribe all services and offer.
- Subscriber need to submit their valid ID Proof/Address Proof/Passport size photograph with the subscription form.
- Subscriber/Customer need to deposit Rs.2000 as refundable security to avail all the above services & offer.
- Subscriber/Customer need to pay Rs.500 as one time installation charge Non Refundable
- Against this installation charge company will ley the single point fiber wiring to the Duplex/Flats and Villas & provide one Telephone Handset (wired).
- The company will not provide underground wiring to Flat/Duplex and villa but company will ley the wiring along with the covering of PVC Casing.
- If any Flat/Villa and Duplex owner require extra wiring then it will be chargeable extra as per actual (as per the price list of the Company).
- Against the Security deposit company will provide one Fiber Modem (wifi) capable to handle voice telephony and internet services to Flat/villa and Duplex owner but it will be returnable to the Company at the time of disconnection, termination and expiry of agreement with the township management. In this scenario company will refund subscriber /customer security deposit within 7-10 days via cheque or online bank transfer.
- Company will provide one basic telephone hand set (wired & w/o caller id) against installation charge. If any customer want to use their own telephone set than in this case the company will not deduct or waver off any kind of charge in their fix installation amount because the provided hand set cost is not included in installation charge and is a free accessory to the customer.
- Warranty period of Telephone Set will be 1 year from the Date of Supply and Installation against standard warranty norms (physical damage /stolen/damage by any liquid & burnt will not be applicable in the warranty.
- Warranty of the Fiber Modem (ONU/ONT) will be applicable till subscription period of the customer & validity of agreement with the Township management.
- Voice intercom services will be compulsory for all flat/duplex and villa owner from Township Management.
- Warranty will be void on Fiber Modem if customer /subscriber fiber modem is stolen /physical damage/damage by any liquid/burnt. In this case customer need to purchase/buy new Fiber modem from the Company and will take pay redeposit of the Security (As per actual).
- Connection will only be provided in Drawing room on single point only if client want connection at any other place then the extra cable will be chargeable.
- If subscriber want to purchase his own Fiber modem then company will not take Rs. 2000 refundable security but will charge Rs.500/- as modem configuration, Installation and registration charge but modem specification should be match as per company norms.
- Internet lease line is not a part of commercial or any other offer.
- Static IP charges will be applicable extra.
- B2B invoice will only be provided in Business/SME Plans (Home/Residential Plan is consumer Plan and is not applicable for B2B GST Invoice.
- This Free Offer Plan cannot be renewed again in Future.
